What does a session look like?

Task initiation and completion, tutoring, personal E-learning coach.  

Common scenarios:

  • Check in with student regarding how the week went and where they are at right now.
  • Monitor homework assignments, due dates, and other important information. 
  • Help student make a plan, make to do lists, add items to a calendar.
  • Be there for support and to help student stay on track while learning remotely. 
  • Break down large assignments into doable parts.

Who is this type of coaching for?

All students grades K-college
(though executive functioning help is best for students middle grades through college)

Students with ADD, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, or other learning differences

Students that are having a particularly difficult time with online learning

Students struggling to find their calling in school or early work life

  • Practice kitchen skills and utensil mastery (chop correctly)
  • Cook a meal with Coach Claire
  • Prep work for meal planning
